The Plan Department recorded 804 plans notwithstanding the mandated State of Emergency (Plan #186 through Plan # 990).
Dates: January 1, 2021 –December 31, 2021
A total of 979 Plan recordings including the newly-installed Drop-Box for constituents to safely drop off plans to the Registry of Deeds in person....
And In “DEED” the challenge was met.

News: E-recording in Registered Land
Middlesex South Registry of Deeds accepts Registered Land documents for recording in-person, via drop-off/courier, USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL and other delivery services. Register Curtatone is working with IT department representatives to implement electronic recording of Registered Land documents.
